About

Hi, I'm Caitlin.

I'm the one who rings your bell, and the one who locks up behind me. Dust Till Dawn is just me, and I like it that way.

  • I clean every home myself. No crews, no subcontractors.
  • I bring everything, including a HEPA vacuum.
  • I work Mon–Fri 8am–5pm across the Denver metro.
My story

Why I started cleaning homes.

I started Dust Till Dawn because I kept noticing how much a clean home changes the end of a day. You walk in, put your bag down, and your shoulders drop. I wanted to be the reason for that.

Before this, I worked in a few different jobs, and the part I always liked best was the part where something messy became orderly. I'm the person who rearranges the pantry at a party. Turning that into a business made sense.

I live in the Denver area, I love it here, and I'd like to clean the homes of my neighbors. I chose to work alone on purpose. It means the person you trust with your home is the same person every time, and I answer for every detail.

When I'm not cleaning, you'll find me outside, walking my favorite trails with a good podcast.

What I care about

Three promises.

  • Care

I treat your home the way I'd want mine treated. I notice the small things, and I work around your photos, your plants and the things that matter to you.

  • Honesty

You see the price before you book. If something goes wrong, I'll tell you right away. If I miss a spot, I'll come back and fix it, free.

  • Respect

Your home is private. I don't judge a messy counter, I don't go through your things, and I never post photos of your home without your written okay.

How I work

One person, one checklist.

  • I work from the same room-by-room checklist every visit, so nothing depends on my mood.
  • I bring everything, including a HEPA vacuum, microfiber cloths and all my products.
  • I text you when I arrive and when I leave.
  • I keep notes on your home: the marble counters, the dog who hides, the room to skip.
  • I'm not rushing to the next job on a schedule. I book enough time to do it properly.
Your first visit

What to expect.

  1. Before. You get a confirmation email and a reminder the day before. Tell me how I'll get in (you at home, a key, a lockbox or a code) and anything I should know.
  2. Arrival. I'll text you when I'm on my way and when I get there. You're welcome to be home, and just as welcome to be out.
  3. The clean. A first visit is usually a deep clean, so I can reset the whole home. I'll leave a short note on anything I noticed.
  4. After. I text you when I leave. Your card is charged then, and your receipt comes by email. If anything's off, tell me within 24 hours.
Products & scents

Your products, or mine.

I use a small set of plain, effective cleaners that I know well. Prefer something else? I'm happy to use your own products, or go fragrance-free. Just tell me when you book, or add it to your notes.

If someone at home has allergies or asthma, let me know and I'll adjust what I use and how I dust.

Let's get your home sorted.
