It's a flat price for the job, not an hourly rate. A standard clean starts at $130 for a small home, and a typical 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is about $220. Enter your details on the booking page and you'll see your exact price straight away.

Yes. Your price is worked out from your bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage, so I don't need to see the home first. Homes over 4,000 sq ft or with unusual needs get a custom quote. Just send me a message.

A standard clean is the regular reset: kitchen, bathrooms, dusting and floors. A deep clean adds baseboards, door frames, cabinet fronts, vents, window sills and the build-up in bathrooms and kitchens. See the full checklists on the services page. Deep cleans start at $180.

Yes. Regulars save 15% weekly, 10% every two weeks, and 5% every four weeks. I start with a deep clean so every visit after it is a lighter maintenance clean.

Yes, starting at $210. It includes the insides of cabinets, the oven and the fridge. It's best when the home is empty. I can't promise your deposit back, but I can leave the place ready for inspection.

Pets are welcome and normal pet hair is part of the job. If there's a lot of shedding, I add $15 for the extra time, and your price shows it before you book.

Free within 30 minutes of my home base. A bit further adds a small fee (starting at $15), and past 60 minutes I'll ask you to send me a note. It's included in your price once you enter your ZIP code.

For now, yes. I'm taking a limited number of founding clients, with $25 off the first clean. It's applied automatically while spots last.

I save your card with Stripe when you book and charge it after the clean is done. I never see or store your full card number. A receipt is emailed to you.

No. Book one clean, or set up a regular plan and skip, pause or end it any time with 24 hours' notice.

Tips are appreciated and never expected. If you'd like to tip, there's a link in your receipt email.

It's a fair question. You'll always know exactly who's coming: me. You're welcome to be home for the first clean so we can meet and walk through the house together. Your card is only charged after the clean, I come back free if I miss something, and your access details stay private in my booking system.

Yes. It's me. Dust Till Dawn is a one-person business, so the person you meet is the person who cleans your home.

You choose: you let me in, a key, a lockbox, or a code. I keep access details in my private booking system, not in text messages or on paper, and I don't share them.

Tell me right away and we'll sort it out together. Accidents are rare, but if I break something, I'll own it and make it right.

Yes, everything, including a HEPA vacuum. If you'd like me to use your products or your vacuum, just say so when you book.

I use a small set of plain, effective cleaners and keep scents light. I can go fragrance-free on request, or use your own products. Tell me about any allergies and I'll adjust.

Tell me within 24 hours and I'll come back and fix it, free.

No. Leave a key, a lockbox or a door code and I'll lock up behind me. I'll text you when I arrive and when I leave. You're welcome to stay too, or to be home for the first visit so we can meet.

Only a little. Please clear surfaces of clutter and put away valuables and papers, so I can spend my time cleaning rather than organizing. I never judge a messy home.

A standard clean of a small home takes around two hours; a larger home can take four or more. Deep and move cleans take longer. Your booking shows the estimate for your home before you pick a time.

Not at the moment. I clean Mon–Fri 8am–5pm. You don't need to be home, though: leave a key or code and I'll lock up behind me.

I'll text you as early as I can and we'll pick a new time that suits you, with no fee. I won't send someone you haven't met in my place.

Yes. I'm happy to work around them. If yours is nervous or likes to slip out the door, a closed room or crate is best while I'm there. Tell me their names when you book.

Please do. Skip a room, use a certain product, go easy on a delicate surface: add it to your booking notes, and I'll keep it on file for every visit.

Cancel or reschedule free up to 24 hours before your visit. Later than that, 50% of the visit is charged. If I can't get in and can't reach you, it's the full visit. Illness and emergencies are handled with kindness.
