Your information, handled with care.
I'm a one-person business, and I only collect what I need to clean your home. Here's exactly what that is.
What I collect
When you book or send a message, I ask for:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- The address of the home to be cleaned
- Details about the home: size, bedrooms and bathrooms, pets, and anything you want me to know
- Access notes: how I'll get in, such as a door code or where a key is kept
- Your message, if you use the contact form
I use this to schedule, clean, contact you about your visit, and charge you. I don't use it for anything else, and I don't sell it.
Payments
Card details are entered directly into Stripe, my payment processor. Stripe holds them. I never see or store your full card number. I can see the card brand, the last four digits and the payment status.
Who else handles your information
- Stripe processes and stores payment details.
- Google Calendar is where I keep my schedule, so a booking appears there with the visit time and address.
- Resend sends the emails you receive, such as confirmations, reminders and receipts.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and stores the booking data. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is filled in by a person, not a bot.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. I share information with them only so the service works.
Cookies and tracking
This site has no advertising or tracking cookies, and no ad pixels. The only technical storage is what's needed to make the site and the bot check work.
Access notes and your home
Door codes and similar details are used only for your visits. I'll never share them. I won't post photos of your home without your written okay.
How long I keep it
I keep your booking and contact details while you're a client and for a reasonable period afterward, so I can handle receipts, questions, and tax records. Messages from the contact form are kept for as long as it takes to answer you and a while after. Financial records may be kept longer where the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see what I have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email [email protected] or call or text (720) 745-2423. I'll delete what I can, other than records I must keep by law.
Changes
If I change this policy, I'll update the date below.
