- Shower glass and grout scrubbed for build-up
- Buildup lifted from stovetop, sink and fixtures
Move-in / move-out clean
An empty home, top to bottom.
Everything in the deep clean, plus the insides of things:
- Inside every cabinet and drawer
- Inside the oven
- Inside the fridge and freezer
- Closet shelves and floors
- Baseboards, door frames and light switches
- Window sills and tracks
- Walls spot-cleaned where marked
I can't promise a deposit back, since that's your landlord's call. I can promise the place will be ready for them to inspect.
Recurring plans
Same person, same day, easier every time.
- I start with a deep clean, then every visit is a lighter maintenance clean. You save 15% weekly, 10% every 2 weeks, or 5% every 4 weeks.
- On a typical 3-bed, 2-bath home, every two weeks is $198 a visit, about $572 a year less than booking one clean at a time.
- Pause, skip or cancel any time. No contract, no fee. Your card is charged after each visit.

How I price
What moves the number.
A flat price for the job.
- Bedrooms and bathrooms. Each bedroom after the first adds about $25 to a standard clean; each extra full bath about $30; each half bath about $15.
- Square footage. Over 4,000 sq ft I'll quote you personally.
- Pets. Normal pet hair is included; lots of shedding adds $15. The smallest clean I book is $130.
What's not included
Things I don't do.
- Exterior windows and screens
- Biohazards: blood, bodily fluids, hoarding, mold remediation, sewage or pest infestations
- Moving heavy furniture, or lifting anything unsafe
- Bulk wall washing, ceilings, and ladder work above a safe reach
- Outdoor areas such as patios, garages and yards
- Laundry and dishes beyond what you add on
- Garbage removal beyond taking out the bags
- Hazardous chemicals, or products I don't have safety information for
- Anything that needs a licensed trade, such as appliance repair or carpet shampooing
